Personalized Medical Care is located on the third floor of the Chestnut Hill Square Medical Office Building, adjacent to the shopping complex that features Equinox fitness club and Wegmans grocery store.
We're excited to share that Personalized Medical Care will soon move to a new home:
We will be moving to 112 Worcester Street, Suite 304, Wellesley, MA 02481 on November 16th! The new space features state-of-the-art exam rooms and a larger, more comfortable waiting area, with soft lighting, natural textures, and warm tones.
Every detail was chosen with our patients in mind, right down to the small touches that turn a wait into something closer to a pause. It's a space built to reflect the kind of care you already receive here: unhurried, personal, and comfortable, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Whether you're in for a routine visit or a blood draw, the goal is the same: a place that puts you at ease. We can't wait to welcome you.
