Dr. Finocchiaro has practiced primary care medicine for nearly 30 years and worked as a hospitalist at one of Boston’s leading hospitals. For the past five years, he has owned and practiced at Personalized Medical Care, where he provides highly individualized, comprehensive care to his patients.
