Brian Pacheco is the Director of Patient Services and Practical Nurse at Personalized Medical Care. Brian attended University of New Hampshire and received his Licensed Practical Nursing degree from Quincy College, magna cum laude with honors.

Brian is a natural caregiver and has worked side by side with Dr. Starr for 14 years. Those who have been fortunate enough to know him quickly recognize his gentle and caring way, fierce advocacy for patients and remarkable judgment. Furthermore his exceptional personality and sense of humor quickly make patients feel comfortable and at ease.

Nirah Johnfinn

Nirah attended Bay State College and received her certificate in Phlebotomy and Electrocardiography from Medical Professional Institute.

Nirah is a very compassionate and caring individual who has worked with Dr. Starr for over 12 years. She excels as a phlebotomist and medical assistant and manages our laboratory.

Nirah also has extensive experience in managing referrals, coordinating specialty appointments, doing prior authorizations and arranging diagnostic testing.

Robin Joined Personalized Medical Care in November of 2020 as our Administrative Assistant. She has a business administration degree from Emanuel College. She has many years of experience in business management and has exemplary customer service skills.

Robin has great interpersonal skills and brings a warm smile to work every day. She loves helping patients make their medical appointments with specialists and for testing. Her calm demeanor is very reassuring to patients.

She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and is an avid hockey fan.

Karen Green, RD, LDN

Clinical Dietitian

Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree from Simmons College and graduated with Distinction. She completed her ADA-Approved Dietetic Internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Karen has been working for Beth-Israel and Brigham and Women’s affiliated clinics for over 25 years.

Karen’s expertise is in weight loss, diabetes and heart-healthy diets. Her approach focuses on educating patients about the nutrient content of their diet and how to initiate permanent lifestyle change. She is easy to talk to and nonjudgmental while assisting patients with their dietary needs.
