Nirah has almost 20 years of experience in the medical field and has worked with many of our patients for over 15 years. She is a compassionate and caring individual, and her gentle approach with patients provides a calming reassurance. Nirah has extensive experience in managing referrals, coordinating specialty appointments, prior authorizations, and arranging diagnostic testing. She attended Regis College and received her Registered Nursing degree in 2021. She also earned a certificate in Phlebotomy and Electrocardiography from the Medical Professional Institute.

Amanda joined our team in June of 2023. She has over a decade of healthcare administrative experience working for Boston-area hospitals, clinics and primary care practices. Amanda is kind, warm-hearted and welcoming. She assists patients with their medical needs, facilitates specialty appointments and referral authorizations. She loves spending time with her family and trying different foods.

Robin Joined Personalized Medical Care in November of 2020 as our Administrative Assistant. She has a business administration degree from Emanuel College. She has many years of experience in business management and has exemplary customer service skills.
Robin has great interpersonal skills and brings a warm smile to work every day. She loves helping patients make their medical appointments with specialists and for testing. Her calm demeanor is very reassuring to patients.
She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and is an avid hockey fan.

Melissa is a dedicated medical assistant specializing in orthopedics with over 16 years of experience. With a strong background in patient care and clinical procedures, she has developed expertise in areas such as blood draws, casting and durable medical equipment (DME) fitting. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with her dogs.
Karen Green, RD, LDN

Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree from Simmons College and graduated with Distinction. She completed her ADA-Approved Dietetic Internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Karen has been working for Beth Israel and Brigham and Women’s affiliated clinics for over 25 years.
Karen’s expertise is in weight loss, diabetes and heart-healthy diets. Her approach focuses on educating patients about the nutrient content of their diet and how to initiate permanent lifestyle change. She is easy to talk to and nonjudgmental while assisting patients with their dietary needs.
